BATX has additionally reached an agreement to acquire a 49% interest in Li-ion Battery Renewable Technologies (LIBRT), a firm based in Vancouver.

Battery X Metals (BATX), dedicated to exploring and acquiring critical mineral and precious metal assets, is making significant strides in expanding its portfolio. The company has inked a definitive agreement to acquire 100% ownership of two lithium exploration projects in Quebec.

The Nunavik, QC Leaf River Project, comprising 83 claims spanning approximately 3,500 hectares, and the Abitibi, QC Reservoir-Dozios Project, which encompasses 52 claims over a similar area, are set to become fully owned by BATX.

Strategically positioned adjacent to Eureka Lithium’s New Leaf Project, the Nunavik property offers promising potential. Similarly, the Abitibi Project, located near Sayona Mining’s Abitibi Lithium Hub, presents exciting opportunities for lithium exploration.

These areas are renowned for their extensive mineralized structures and pegmatite formations, indicating the presence of lithium deposits. This move by BATX aims to strengthen its foothold in a region that has shown encouraging results in lithium exploration.

Additionally, BATX has agreed to acquire a 49% stake in Li-ion Battery Renewable Technologies (LIBRT), a Vancouver-based company specializing in technology development to enhance lithium-ion battery longevity.
