Solis Minerals (ASX: SLM) names veteran geologist Anthony Greenaway as non-executive director as it finalises re-domiciliation to Australia and focuses on copper projects in South America.

Solis Minerals (ASX: SLM) has announced the appointment of Anthony Greenaway as a non-executive director, with the role to become effective once the company finalises its re-domiciliation to Australia.

Greenaway is an experienced geologist with over 30 years of international mining and exploration experience spanning Latin America, Australia, Asia, and Africa. His background covers the exploration, development, and production of key commodities including lithium, copper, gold, platinum group metals, and iron ore.

This appointment comes as Solis advances its corporate transition following its decision in June 2025 to delist from the TSX Venture Exchange and complete the re-domiciliation process, expected to conclude on or around 3 November 2025.

A re-domiciliation allows a company to legally move its registered domicile from one jurisdiction to another without dissolving or liquidating its existing structure — a move that maintains continuity for shareholders and operations.

As reported by Mining.com.au, Solis CEO Mitch Thomas said the delisting is part of a strategic focus on consolidating operations under a single ASX listing, which aims to enhance liquidity, improve investor focus, and deliver governance efficiencies.

“A single listing is expected to improve investor focus and deliver cost and governance efficiencies,” Thomas told Mining.com.au.

Solis Minerals is an emerging copper explorer working to unlock the potential of its South American portfolio, which includes projects across Peru and Brazil, strategically positioned to support the growing demand for energy transition metals.
