Ivanhoe Electric announces a significant copper intersection within high-sulfidation epithermal mineralization at the Hog Heaven Project, situated on private land about 50 miles southwest of Kalispell, Montana.

This project, drill hole HHD-014 intersected several zones of copper, gold and silver-rich mineralization hosted in both the volcanic diatreme and surrounding sediments. Mineralization manifests as both enargite and pyrite in disseminations and diffuse veins within the volcanic rocks.

Significant thicknesses of this disseminated and vein-hosted mineralization have been intersected: 82 meters at 0.63% copper, 0.32 g/t gold and 37.8 g/t silver from 568 meters; This interval includes some exceptional grades, best represented by a series of enargite-pyrite veins at 5.78% copper, 2.2 g/t gold and 264.7 g/t silver over 3.95 meters from 631 meters; The highest single assay in this vein zone returned 21.7% copper, 3.94 g/t gold and 510 g/t silver over 1.1 meters from 632 meters.

"The extensive sulfide mineralization containing a variety of base and precious metals observed at Hog Heaven suggests the presence of a potentially exceptional porphyry system. Today's results validate our confidence in the geological significance of this area. We remain dedicated to conducting thorough drilling campaigns at both the Hog Heaven and Tintic projects.", explain Robert Friedland, Executive Chairman, Ivanhoe Electric.

Mr. Melvin, President and CEO of Ivanhoe Electric, expressed satisfaction with the recent assay results from ongoing drilling at the Hog Heaven Project in Montana. He highlighted the high-grade, copper-rich intercepts at drill hole HHD-014 as promising indicators of a significant discovery potential. With mineralization remaining open in multiple directions, the company is actively drilling to uncover the underlying porphyry source of the high-sulfidation system, guided by insights from the recent Typhoon™ survey at Hog Heaven.

Ivanhoe Electric, a leading US firm, pioneers advanced mineral exploration technologies for American projects. By leveraging our TyphoonTM geophysical system and Computational Geosciences Inc.'s data analytics, they streamline exploration processes, mitigating risks to discover critical metal deposits. The focus, spans copper, nickel, vanadium, cobalt, platinum group elements, gold, and silver. Through initiatives like the Santa Cruz Copper Project and Tintic Copper-Gold Project, strive to enhance US supply chain independence by uncovering and providing essential metals for the economy's electrification. Additionally,  collaborate with the Saudi Arabian Mining Company Ma'aden to explore mineral resources across approximately 48,500 km2 of the Arabian Shield in Saudi Arabia.
